"yaki tofu"


This time I'll show you the recipe of "yaki tofu". This meal is so easy to make because you don't have to prepare a lot of ingredients. You have only to have several seasonings and tofu.


Ingredients; soy sauce, sweet sake for seasoning, alchol, water with soup stock, sugar, tofu


recipe 1. First of all, you make soup stock with dried kelp in a deep pan and throw two spoonful of sugar and seasonings such as soy sauce, sweet sake for seasong, alchol and wait for the liquid to boil.


2. Second, you cut tofu into square shapes and put them into the pan. On the way, you turn the upside down to make the taste spread to the whole parts.


comment; If you like the sweet taste, you had better add sugar more. By the way, I used two spoonful of sugar.

"Kinmedai no Nitsuke"


Today I'll tell you about how to make a kinmedai no nitsuke. I got the fish from my grandmother in Shizuoka prefecture. It is pretty expensive and delicious!!! Have you ever eaten the recipe of the fish?




Ingredients; kinmedai 2 cuts, soy sauce, sweet sake for seasoning, alchol, ginger, water with soup stock, leek, 2 spoonful of sugar




recipe 1. First, you make soup stock with dried kelp in a deep pan and pour it to a fring pan.




2. Next, you light the strong fire and put soy sauce, sugar, sweet sake for seasoning and alchol. After the liquid boils, you throw slices of ginger to remove the bad smell of fish. Then, put kinmedai.




3. Finally, if the colour of fish changes, you line leek around the fish and cover with alminum foil. You boil it for about 15 minutes.




comment; You need to put a large amount of soy sauce because leek and the fish include the water and take it out in a fring pan.

A rare cheese cake!!!


This time I tried making a rare cheese cake to celebrate my mother and sister's visit to my apartment. The characteristics of the recipe is to mix fresh cream with tea. Its taste sounds like tea and nice!!! So I strongly recommend trying it.


・Ingrediens cream cheese 250 grams fresh cream 200 ml sugar 30 grams remon cookies gelatin 5grams tea pack 1


・recipe

1. At first, prepare for the base. Put cookies into a plastic bag, brake them to pieces and throw them into a mold.


2. Next, prepare for the paste. Put fresh cream into a small pan, heat it by the weak heat for about 4 minutes.


3. Third, take away a cream cheese from a refrigerator, set in a microwave oven and mix tightly.


4. Fourth, add sugar and mix again. Then, Strain fresh cream including tea with a tea strainer and poar into a cream cheese and additionally add a lemon and mix it again.


5. After that, prepare for gelatin. Put gelatin powder into a cup of 50 ml water, set in a microwave oven for 30 seconds and mix it. Then add gelatin into a crean cheese and mix together tightly again.


6. Finally, poar into the mold and make cold at a refrigeraor.

When you break cookies, you had better crack as small as possible. If you don' t, you cannot sink them into the bottom.

an easy miso-soup★☆


Today I will introduce rhe recipe of " an easy miso-soup"!!! Although I chose a few simple ingrediens, I think it is a hearty soup and makes you guys powerful and healthy. If you you dan't much time for cooking or I you don' t have much mony for buying various ingredients, I recommend trying this recipe. Maybe you will be able to keepnyour body warm...


Ingredients 3bowls od water kombu dashi soft seaweed deep-frued bean curd tofu one-third ladle of miso


recipe 1. put water and kombu into a pan and wait for the water to boil.

2. after boiling, take kombu out and put dashi.

3. cut deep-fried bean curd in a thin way and put it ina pan . next, put soft seaweed and tofu.

4. stir miso with chopesticks in a ladle and meelt it.


comment deep-fried bean curd is an important ingredient because it includes oil and so makes the soup rich.
